A fabric-covered plywood panel (90 x 180 cm) was prepared as a canvas in the Center’s court. Three colors of mud combined with two colors of ceramics clay and one color of garden soil were made to enable children to draw pictures using hands, legs, and toys with sand play.
It was interesting to see the image appearing on the mud that accumulated in layers of wave designs created by fingers. The mud gradually dried up and cracked, resulting in a unique appearance that reminds us of an ancient wall painting. |
